1719 Stadivari Macdonald Viola
Only Ten of these priceless Violas are known to exist; only one currently available on the open market, for your consideration.
The "Macdonald" was made during the Stadivari ‘golden period’ (1700–1720), and was originally owned by the Marquis dalla Rosa of Parma. Over the next three centuries it was owned by several players, makers and dealers, including J.B. Vuillaume, John Betts, and W.E. Hill & Sons.
